This policy covers the Red Tempest game for iPhone (the "app") and this website. Red Tempest is made by Justin Martin ("we", "us").
Red Tempest does not collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party code in the app.
What stays on your iPhone
Your saved games, the endings you've found, your best score and your settings are stored only on your device. They're never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.
Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center service so you can see the leaderboard and your achievements. Apple handles that under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive your Apple Account or any personal information from it. You can play without Game Center.
Sharing your saga
When you tap Share at the end of a saga, the app makes a picture of your result and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Nothing leaves your iPhone unless you choose where to send it. If you save the picture to Photos, the app asks for permission to add it; it can't see the rest of your library.
Purchases
You buy Red Tempest through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details.
This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, under Vercel's privacy policy. Nothing third-party loads unless you click a link to it.
Children
The app and this site collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
